My son is taking IB in Hong Kong. Yes, all 5 are conditional offers. Need to take the IB exam in May and IB results will be released in July. At that time he will know if he can meet the conditions of the offers.
By the way, he need to choose 1 firm offer and 1 as insurance by early June. The other 3 offers will be released back to universities to offer to other students.

My son has told me that the 5 applications means 5 programmes not universities and thus he has applied 3 unis only with 4 programmes + 1 different . He got 2 conditional offers on hand and look forward to receive the higher one. Can anyone tell how to deliver the DSE result to UCAS track by July?

My younger daughter studies GCE AL in the UK and has received all 5 offers in January. May I know if the firm offer and insurance offer need to be decided soon? I know that application for housing is mostly first-come-first-serve. Want to hear you opinions.

4 conditional offers have been given by Unis via UCAS and one from HKU (via non jupas), while one was just interviewed via Skype last nite (Leeds University) in which he is most likely not to choose.
Most of the Unis that he choose require him to confirm as Firm choice, then accomodation arrangement would be made.
Though accomdation for the first year is gauratee (except Nottingham which gauratee for three years) for int'l student, live in campus for the first year is a must with ensuite is preferrable as he is too young (16-yr old) at 2015 entry. Apllciation normally start begins in April upon the choice has been made.

Not neccessary but before the deadline provided. But sooner you make the choice, you can apply accommodation in some cases while you can have a clearer aim. BTW, I guess you already have the priority in your mind, y not make ur choice in these days?

My daughter's doing Business Management. She has got offers from LSE, UCL, Edinburgh, Durham and Manchester.Firm offer will be LSE (AAB excluding Chinese), still haven't decided on insurance. All others except Edinburgh requires AAB (some include Chinese) while Edinburgh offers BBB. My girl says she has a safe A in her pocket already. Would love to hear from all of you.

My son applies for a "math/science/technology" subject which he likes very much. (sorry, don't want to disclose exact subject as it is his privacy). Got offer from Oxbridge, Imperial, UCL, Warwick, and Edinburgh. He will firm Oxbridge but is still thinking which one is the insurance. As he also applies for universities in US, his school counsellor told him to wait for US admission decision 1st before deciding the insurance of UK.
Oxbridge conditions similar to Imperial and UCL. If he has a good offer from US, he will take Imperial as the insurance. Otherwise, will choose between Warwick and Edinburgh.
