But I know many local families who got extra tutorials for chi eng and maths because they think what taught in school are too simple. But they still prefer IS because they can get away with the tests and exams

大把家長中英數理乜都補。
從小訓練小朋友睇書，好好的閱讀習慣已經係一個好的開始。切忌十項全能，留番d時間小朋友休息同做自己喜歡做的事。

讀IS，日日睇咁多、講咁多，根本英文就係學習任何嘢的工具。如果英文差，可能應該考慮轉校。
之前親友想個仔有高質素的英文寫作能力，佢話想搵人教，但搵好耐都無啱心水，吾易搵。

If the school is able to provide a good language environment, it is good enough in my opinion. I always believe language cannot be taught, one has to immersed in it.
