Einstein didn't need to use flash cards to learn , or to devleop his right brain potential; because he was extremely superb in this regard already since birth.
Think about this, he could barely talk up to age 4 and only can speak complete sentences at 7; just missed the chance to be locked up in care centre for retarded kids.
Please bear in mind that flash cards are just a means to an end , the most important thing is to develop the kids' brain potential . If flash cards won't work well for your kid, then find another effective one .
I have to say that if and only if your kid has the brain potential development as good as Einstein, then you can relax and let your kid to excel on his own. Who dare to say so !
There would be too narrow for a statement to be broadly apply to all cases. Yes, not only Einstein but also Di Vinci , Newton , and Plato , they all had not be trained by flash cards or any other means. But remember that the era then was very different from nowadays, they could be physicist, chemist, mathematician , philosophist and astronomist at the same time because knowledge at that time was very limited in all areas , and think about anyone who can manage two fields well to be claimed as expert now ?
This is the era of knowledge and information explosion in all fields, if your kids are not well trained and prepared to learn in fast track, can you secure his/her future in the next 4 - 50 years before they can happily retire , in face of the wave of worldwide severe competition ?
The flash cards training method is to perserve their 'photographic memory' ability, yes, you guess right, they can learn like digital camera toking photo pictures to memoerize the whole picture or page . I've seen this demo and how they're trained in USA and Japan.
Regret to say the truth is that this extremely powerful learning ability only exist once for a lifetime from age 0 to 6 ! If you're not interested to train your kids in this field, all other parents in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan,Malaysia and Korea are actively doing so. Think how your kids can compete with them when they grow up . And how they think of you as parents who missed their golden chance to be trained to keep competitive !
This is just a slow but sure worldwide trend and is inreversible .
