i got a chance to talk to 2 teachers at kln tong zenith before (during 家長日), both teachers have not taught at other schools before, the first teacher is from Liverpool, heavy accent, just taught my girl for one term, then he left the school later. the 2nd one taught for another term, but am not sure his home country. he told me it's his first tteaching job in hk and hint that he found the pace of teaching at Zenith is too fast and pushy...
my impression- the teachers keep changing and seems that the school does not mind hiring teachers with less or zero experience. (looking back now, may be hiring less experienced teachers will cost less, so they can lower their cost) |
