各位好,

我的琴老師說,今年2005-2006(1至8級)的考試琴書很困難,不容易彈.請問是不是?

另外,今年考試是否仍然可用2003-2004的考試琴書?謝謝!

Hi Jumby2000,

I will plan to attend G5 Level on the next year(2006).

She said that the songs of the Exam Book (2005-2006), the G5 level is equal to G6. That means if you have G5 Level you need to downgrade to attend G4 to have a good result.

But the songs of the Exam Book (2003-2004) are more easy. She said that I can use the book(2003-2004) if I attend the Exam this year(2005).

Please advise. Thanks

I don't think you can use year 2003-2004 exam book for this year's piano exam! My two kids are going to attend piano exam this year and we're practising 2005-2006 piano exam books!

My younger boy is preparing grade 5 now but I don't think those exam pieces are exceptionally difficult (=grade 6

)--->our piano teacher has no such comments wor!

BTW, the application for 2005 exam has already been deadlined, I think! Please check with 考評局!

各位好,

可能我無說清楚,令大家誤會曬.

其實,我不是今年考試的(我知道已過Deadline).我的鋼琴老師只不過和我閒談.她說2005-2006的考試書很深,5級的歌好像6級的歌.所以如果用2003-2004的會比較容易.

她還說很多人都不知道,今年考試可以用2003-2004的書.
不一定用2005-2006的書.

所以我好奇問是不是真的?請指教!謝謝!

希望我冇答錯：如果今年 4-5月考試的學生，是可用03-04的考試書，但如果今年年尾(即8-11月)考o個 d 學生，就要用05-06既書喇。

海外考生應該可以用足一年... 即是今年年尾也可以用舊書

不過... 我聽人講.. 考官多數不喜歡使用舊 syllbus 的考生。因為這樣多數代表考生已經重考 / 練習多時。
所以我一向都會跟足 syllbus 教。

另外... 其實 deadline 後都可以報名
不過... 要俾錢囉... 而且不便宜.... 一般為 50% sur-charge... 除非你好心急一定要今年考, 比如將要出國留學。
否則, 等半年都也許值得。

如果真的很需要証書... 可考慮 trinity 的試
他們應該五月才報名 [有錯請指正]
小朋友肯練... 其實三幾個月就練哂 d 歌
而 scale、 aural 和 sight reading 那些跟本不應該只是考試才操練!!
