番禺會所華仁小學屬港島區12網
即銅鑼灣、跑馬地、灣仔區

另外住該區係無得加5分的。

My friend attened a PTA seminar, the speaker open a topic and asked for the parent, why they don't want the kid study in Chinese School, and bring out 香港華仁 & Marymount will be the first two famous and traditional school change to Chinese School.

But on that moment have parent said they had heard that before.

邊間學校的家教會?那一位speaker?他從何得知呢兩間小學將是第一、二間轉中中？首批"白老鼠"將是今年小四的學生，都未有耐考便斷定不能達標要轉中中？好奇怪呢.....

唔會掛, 而家marymount primary is Eng. , 小朋友除了中文, 普通話,及聖經外, 全是英文, 若中學轉中中, 學生點接? 老師又點接?

那來的轉聞 ?????????????

These schools are more probable changing to DSS rather than CMI.

番禺會所華仁小學是津校，首輪只計分唔計住址，即是有兄長就讀是必收生，跟住計分，有宗教分、父母舊生分、兄長為該校畢業生、首名子女分等等。但是住該區係呢一輪是唔計的。
第二輪中央派位是跨區10%而同區90%，所以係呢輪同區機會大D，因為係抽籤架嘛。

I thought have parent knew that news before, because my friend said when the speaker list out the school name, nobody felt surprise and some of them also said may be the HKCEE and A Level result not outstanding, and the pass percentage only 70%.

Sorry to bring out this question, may be some parent feel not happy, I just only want to through here to find out more correct information.

評價一學校是否好校，一般不用合格律，對band1學生而言，會考不合格，難度可能大於取得A級成績。在港華和 Marymount 此類學校，極少學生不合格。所以，聽見合格率為70%而不surprise的人，係傻仔。

2004, 港華平均每名學生取1個A，Marymount平均每名學生取1.3個A。

我都覺得合格率咁低？唔會啩？！
首先要明白呢排個個講緊"中中"係發生緊咩事，現在好多名校如華仁書院所憂慮的是直屬小學既畢業生水準未能達標，如收生當中未及85%的話，便可能要轉為中中，所以唔係根據現時中學成績來定要轉中中。而首批”白老鼠”是應屆小四學生，仲有兩年，各間直屬小學定會加緊摧促以保百年英中招牌。
其實華仁小學成績又是否真的咁”危危乎”？其他級別唔清楚，但以上午校小一來說，這學期平均分在A grade的(90-100分)，佔全級人數50%以上，B grade(80-89分)亦佔約30%，而F grade的(50分以下)，全級是0%。如果華小一年級學生來自五湖四海(以現行的大攪珠派位制度)，合格率都可以是100%，反而華仁書院中五會考合格率是70%？！可信性真係低左D。

Hey, anyone knows who is the speaker of the seminar? I called 教處 and Marymount Sec. yesterday. They all said they have no idea where's the news come from. There are many rumours about this topic. Up to this moment, 教處 didn't receive any application from Marymount. I think only the principal and teachers will know the true story.
