They will call you to confirm the date with you first before sending out the letter.  
Pay attention to phone calls starting with 2555-xxxx

last year received 2nd interview call in late Oct
and the final result release in late Nov

The second rounds calls and interviews will start late Oct.  
Final acceptance results will be out late Nov, around the same time the govt school results are out.

They will need to start second round soon after first round as they spread out their interview days and announce final results quite early
