Completely agree with Oooray.
DC is a very good school but it doesn't teach much Chinese if I remember correctly. Taking up DC doesn't mean you need to give up waiting for RC. They operate seperately. It's just that you will waste the deposit and levy you paid to DC.
It's all depends on what you think fits your child better. KIS, Think, DC, they are all very different. If you have visited all of them, I'm sure you will have some gut feeling about which school will fit your kid more. That gut feeling can be unexplainable but a lot of the time correct.
Like I said, RC wait list is moving but of course, no body knows how many more and what’s your child position in there. But given you are on wait list, there is always a chance. If RC is your first choice, worth check with them how their waitlist work. (I understand even the school starts in September, you can continue to be on their waitlist and there is no cut off time like other schools. But your child needs to be reassessed every ½ year. Worth check out) If RC is really your first choice, I think it’s worth waiting, isn’t it?
