| I think the school wants to develop students' independence in both learning and personal growth. You may not find lots of support like posting homework on the Internet, regular feedback from teachers, however, students should have self discipline in handling their own stuff or they may not be able to master their school things properly. For religious development, they have prays every morning and they have bible studies every week. For putonghua, they use PTH as a medium of instruction in Chinese lessons and for English, they need to learn articles with different text types, like poems, stories, letters etc. However, to be honest, they use Cantonese in other subjects so you can't compare their English standrad with students from EMI school |
