For MBBS and Biomedical Science of HKU, you have to put them as your first choice. Or else your application will not be considered.
You can apply 3 different programs offered by 3 different faculties or departments. However I would have thought that it is difficult to write a PS to convince the admission tutors of different departments. If the programs are interrelated, say MBBS, Science or nursing, I think the admission tutors of the latter two programs would not penalize you.
Once you file the applications, it would appear that you cannot amend your choices online. Bur I think that you can communicate with the department concerned for amending your choice. In any event, it is inadvisable to amend your choices once your application is submitted.
