Just state the language normally spoken? no choice for the language to be conducted in which language?

Beside the school application form, U may include 4 single pages about your daughter without any portfolios /folders "COVER". U know some parents would cover them with fancy plastic or hard cover which the school will ask U to take it off when you submit the form with portfolios
