對,適量挫折是應該要有的, 在能力之下, 小孩能從挫折中成長,
家長只須適當放手, 引導, 準備引導,鼓勵就是了...過度協助對他們成長絕不是好事

What you mean is for parents or For kids? For kids not necessary frustrations or being upsetted. More for parents.

阿女細時帶佢去行花市, 一開始見到公主汽球就嚷住要買. 我話行多陣, 睇下仲有無其他靚d先買la. 死都唔肯, 買囉.....一路行, 見到另一個小朋友果個更靚, 就後悔(made the wrong decision), 我咪乘機教佢要睇定d先..... 家下去買野都識話睇多幾間, 比較下先買la. 我又進階教埋佢第二日揀男友都要睇定d先好拍拖la, 唔係又後悔死.

生活中很多細節上都可以是，例如自理方面，學習新事物時...又比如小孩未能掌握穿衣穿鞋，其間總會有撞板既時候，小孩會出現不同即時反應, 大人除引導，應鼓勵讓他 <適當>的自行嘗試(當然是能力範圍內)，偶爾碰釘，好比每事出手協助，除能學會更快外還不時提供磨練機會，對喇，應該是鍛練~

For girl and women, I recommend this book - "Smart Women, Foolish Choice." My wife shared the book with me years ago.

Yanamami - you caught me.

She shared the book with me as many of her friends are very smart, high pay job and nice people, either can't find or find a wrong guys. The book based on the Harvard research - Why smart women always make foolish choice?

It's 20+ years ago, if my memory won't fool me, she shared with me that if you list out your selection criteria, and then analyse them, you may find some criteria are conflicting each other, like career-mind vs spend more time with me, handsome vs competence...... The book recommended ladies to list out the essential, nice to have etc..... just focus on essential.

My attributes fall in most essentials, not many nice to have (handsome, well off.......).
