Japanese piano quite suits HK weather usually last very long time.
Of cause if you are thinking a bad piano not worth the trouble for moving then, you may ask a technician to tune the piano first law. He/she will give you comment on the condition la! As a matter of fact people do collect old piano to rebuilt, so it do worth the money.
But if you are think a bad condition piano is not good for kid to learn piano, I agree, ask a friend who knows to try try law! But I still think worth ($3xx)
to ask tuner to tune it and find out.
