I have similar criteria. Personally, I prefer SPC over SKH, based on talking with the principals, and friends who have kids studying in either schools, but SKH is also a great school. Perhaps you should compare the two temporary campuses and school bus arrangements as well.

Goes  back to what you want for your child.  SKH teachers and peers create a culture that pushes you to put in a lot of effort for private/DSS schools, so of course many K3 graduate onto private/DSS.  Personally, I don't believe private/DSS are categorically better  than govt subsidized schools. Last time I checked, the website doesn't say how many kids go to which private/DSS ....
SPC's principal seems like a genuine educator who prioritizes kids welfare above school's reputation.
And no, we live near  SPC's new site which is why we seriously considered SPC.  Many of my girl's classmates live in TKO, so it appears the commute from TKO to NP is quite common.
