Hi, ShannaMaMa,

Really nothing particular. Last year, the children will be put into a group of around 6 persons. On the table, there will be toys to let the children to play. Then 1 - 2 teachers will try to talk to the child and ask some questions. (Don't know what they asked as parents were asked to seat aside. But I think it will be similar questions as other KGs)

Suggest you visit St. Rose website to think about why you want to apply this school and if the school is suitable for both you and your child. This may help you in the interview.

Hi, ShannaMaMa,

My girls are one in K3 and one in K1 of St. Rose.  Both of them enjoy going to school.  My younger one actually love to go to school.  When she sees the school bus, she will immediately run to it.

To me the school is fine, teaching them quite a lot of things but no that many homework.  My elder girl usually can finish her homework in 1/2 hour.  However, since she will need to bring back quite a lot of research back to school, (e.g. : photo or things which are relative to winter.) I am the one who do all the hard work.  She will cut & paste on the paper only.

Hi, ShannaMaMa,

Don't worry because they are so small that it is impossible to help them.  So, it is useless to worry.  Like my younger one, when she's at home, she can speak complete sentence but when she did the interview, she actually is silence.  She did not even response to the teacher.

She is lucky that her sister is studing in K3 and we are Catholic, so she is for sure to get the seat.  I did not apply any other KG for her.  In your case, are you Catholic?  If yes, you already have priority.  And very high chance that you will have the seat.

Anyway, take it easy.  As I suggest, go visit the school website, search more regarding St. Rose and think it hard why you like the school.  Do you think the school is suitable for your girl?  If both answer is "Yes", then just go ahead for the interview.  May God bless you and your family.
