Nicole,
You should be grateful! My P is private school, no marks. My c6's P already 執ed.
As far as I know, PC does not "add mark" to those candidates with siblings studying there (K/P/S), however, for those with "same marks", then you would have preference.
Already better than no preference.
This is the way of practice of many famous school la. The admission of the younger sibling is not guaranteed, they still want the sibling to be up to certain standard. My personal opinion, if your younger girl is willing to enter the interview room and answer a few questions, should be admitted. Other outsiders requirement maybe a bit higher. And the most important is, your girl should not be "small b". PC really does not prefer small b. I heard from friend's friend's, a few years ago when competition is less keen, an august boy got admitted only by the end of august when school year nearly begin (that means the last place the school can really offer after the mother talked and talked to the school for many times), despite another 2 siblings already studying in PC.
KV also has "yan ching mei", the younger sibling was offered "second interview" last week (if the performance of the first interview is not good).
