My kid is 2 yr old and joined the course in Aug. I find Tom Lee and the Teacher BOTH very unprofessional.
The course includes 12 lessons started in August. Within 12 lessons, Miss Phoebe, the teacher, is absent or needs to take leave for 5 lessons. Tom Lee arranges no substitude teacher but just to push the lessons forward.
1) As a teacher, she must try herself to make herself available for her assigned classes unless he/she is seriously sick or urgent. She mentioned she needed to travel out of the country. Is that a reasonable reason? I find her very irresponsible.
2) Tom Lee simply asks students not to come. So, all people need to rearrange personal schedules all because of the course? This is very unprofessional.
This is a true experience just to share with you. May be I am simply unlucky. Your choice! |
