I have just recieved my daughter's school about K1 application information. pl see attach following information.
2012-2013 Nursery (K1) New Student application
If you have interest in applying, pl attach the following docs and information in an envelope and mail it to our school (4-6 Norfolk Rd., Kowloon Tong) starting from 12th September, 2011 to 16th September, 2011 or deliver to our No. 4 Norfolk Rd. school mailbox in person starting from 12th September, 2011 (8:30am) to 16th September, 2011(5:00pm) for an application form.
Required docs and information:
1. one copy of your child’s birth cert.
(pl write down your contact number and indicate whether you would like your child to have the interview in Cantonese or in English in the upper right hand corner)
2. Two self-addressed stamped envelopes (4.5 inch x 9.5 inch, with $1.4 and $2.2stamps respectively).
3. Application fee $30 (write your contact number on the back of the cheque). This fee is non-refundable.
4. On the front of the envelope pl write “Application form” in lower left hand corner.
5. The application forms will be sent out from the end of Sept.
6. You may contact us if you have NOT received an application form by 21st Oct, 2011.
7. The date and time for interview are printed on the application form. No rescheduling is permitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
