My son is 2.5 years and is autistic features.

He is now having 個別幼兒導師 every week and speech therapy alternate week. When he was 2 years old, he could not 坐定定但肯跟指示做一些玩具的訓練,but now he can sit properly for nearly the whole period of training (approx. 40 minutes) but he 不肯跟指示去完成任何一份玩具,例如,他圖形(the 幼兒導師 knows that he has the talent to do so) , 他有只配對一兩個圖形,就不再配對,所以份份玩具都無法完成,

Could any parent share your experience or any way to deal with the matter. Are there any clinical psychologist could let me know your comment and how to help my son?

I recommend to hire an experienced Pst 幼兒導師 to take one on one lesson, you used to teach your son to accompany with the Pst and follow her instruction, then to participate St lesson.

在家的家居訓練由誰執行,情況如何,是否衹是他在訓練時間的座位不能離開,但他不能專注和没耐性,還是覺得太難或自己已懂不想做.

你可以試下職業治療個別感統訓練, 有d小朋友做左感統會對多左留心身邊事物同環境, 就會係其他訓練有多d反應

Have your son been doing the same activities throughtout the whole 6 months?

It sounds to me that your son has made improvements for sitting for a longer period of time, but has lost interest in certain activities or the format of the play sessions.

My son is already one by one training in Heep Hong. The teacher 幼兒導師 made comments that my son is quite clever, he knows the instruction but is not willing to cooperate, makes me feel frustrated and angry, it is really very difficult in feeding a Autistic son. How could I know how to encourage him to cooperate, any experienced parents could let me have any ways to alleviate my son's problem. I have tried hard to assist my son for almost 1 year. Sometimes, I really felt frustrated but I know that I must persist to help and feed him up and hope that he can have great progress.

I think your son needs more motivations. Try to find something he likes or interested in, for example art or music, and use that as a tool to motivate him to follow directions.
