St Catherines will charge parents miscellaneous fees (around $1300) on 2 May. Those parents who do not want to be charged, have to write to St Catherines by registered mail that they do not want to hold the place.
I would imagine some will drop out by end of this month. So there may be chances for those on the waiting list.
