That's ok, obviously this is not the first time (and won't be the last time) that I have read Scared Heart become Scared Heart!
Concerning KCS being traditional, it is referring to the school culture and the teachers.
For SH's primary, the am section is private and pm section is gov't aided. So it doesn't have a "selection process". And which one is better, I guess it is depends on expectation. Personally I prefer am section but many parents prefer pm section now as they are doing better than before, plus no school fees.
