Must check with the kinder you want to apply.
Some kinder will only accept K1 application ONLY in Sept/Oct and have the interview done in Nov/Dec. They stated very clear that no K2 or K3 application will be accepted. However, you may consider writing a letter to their prinicpal to indicate your interest to apply for K2 whenever vacancy arises. Keep on writing to them regularly, particularly the later half of the second term. Some K1 students may move out in K2 and will not pay for school fee for K2 in Apr/May. If you can catch this time, chance will be higher.
But some kinders will accept K1-K3 applications at the beginning of the school term. You must seize the chance to apply before the deadline.
