St. Cat, 簡直不知所謂!

今日早上到St. Cat interview, 雖然好多人, 但等侯時間都好快．　
我們便安排到一間房內等候，房內有四位老師正在分別int緊四位小朋友，我和仔仔便在旁邊等候．　等了大約十分鐘，其中一位老師便叫我們過去，過到去，我個仔即時叫”老師，早晨”，個老師好敷衍叫我個仔”早晨”（重要完全無笑容，黑面，好似得罪佢）．　跟著，個老師便開始問我仔問題，但係唔係望住我個仔，佢係周圍望，完全無禮貌及唔尊重．　我那時已覺得，St. Cat 身為一間有名氣的幼稚園，居然請啲垃圾老師．　個老師問問題唔多，但問得好快，好似同個大人傾計，完全無想過個小朋友只得兩歲多．

其實，except老師黑面，無禮貌，唔尊重，由我個仔坐下來個一刻開始，我已feel到佢已經唔想int我個仔（仲未開始問問題前），所以佢便草草問完問題，便打發我們走．　我知St. Cat一定有收生標準，但如果給我個仔去int, 態度都理應好些，如果你一早諗住唔收，便不要寄form給我．

今日我int完後真係好激憤！！！！！！！
原因是我個仔都答中８０％問題，同埋佢係幾叻的小朋友，佢讀緊N班的班主任經常都讚我個仔，但如果係這個老師的主觀偏見而唔收，我覺得好唔抵！！！

經過今次後，我對這間學校已經好disappointed, 雖然一個老師唔可以完全代表間學校，但已經反應有老師態度差，你個仔想讀St. Cat,　係要再consider?????

我真的好想投訴個老師，你們有什麼見解？

       不過我都聽過Lee間校學, 唔係在乎小朋友面試時的表現, 是看看父母的職業及以前就讀學校等等, 今日我囡囡都會IN ,不過最快都要12/31日後, 才有通知!, 其實比我印象中這間學校收生作風不太好 !

我仔仔上年都有in這間, 我都係頂唔順佢地d老師黑面
個日重係落緊雨, 我見好多小朋友同媽咪只可在門口等
叫佢地早開門比人入去補雨都唔唔得.

睇完你哋咁講,呢間學校又真係幾狗眼看人低兼不知所謂架喎. 我都好唔鍾意啲學校睇家庭背景為准.依家係小朋友讀之嘛,搵幾多住喺邊關咩事啫.所以呢啲咁嘅學校我真係唔會揀呀. :evil:

理間幼稚園係咁架播，我98年尾同我大仔去面試時都係一樣，感到見果位老師唔耐煩，可能好多人等住面試所以係咁掛，佢地又問得好快，有幾幅圖問，我當時個仔都答錯一、兩條，個老師就有d煩躁。

最後反而收咗我個仔，不過我冇俾我個仔讀，一來佢貴，二來註冊時見一班好多人，我心諗咁點可以照顧到一班成30幾個小朋友?

係唔係申請表要父母填寫以前就讀嘅小學，連小學都問，睇嚟無非想保證畢業生的出路，真不能理解為何小一計分制有父母舊生的5分，兄弟姊妹5分我可以理解，父母為舊生的5分非常不公平(比宗教分更不公平)，雖然我自己讀間小學好多人爭，都覺得應該取消呢5分，真不明白為何過了三年短期機制比人鬧，小一派位長期機制仲有呢5分？！

今日我同個仔去interview又唔覺有咁既情況喎?沿路d老師都好好笑容喎,我個仔係細仔,講野仲未好叻,interview個陣,個老師都好好耐性,肯問多幾次,等我個仔答到為止,同埋佢都俾hint提佢。

唉!!!各位take it easy la!無mud嘅，愛心商業化啫，interveiw係互動嘅，佢in我，我都in佢，由於我唔覺佢有website,又唔派有關佢哋資料，俾人難免有封閉嘅感覺，去interview，只不過想實地接觸一吓，當佢問我點解選呢間，幾鬼難答，我原本準備的答案"相信貴校可提供一個愉快的學習環境，同埋2文3語做得不錯"，佢仲要追問"好多間都2文3語la，點解選呢間"，當時我都諗係lor,點解呢?真係有mud咁好呢?咁我咪唯有答仲有口碑lor,後尾我又補飛話知道高班有寫字容易銜接小學，變咗幫小朋友適應，愉快同傳統好平衡，

其實佢資料唔多，問又問我咁多，而且佢嘅安排真係冇為小朋友設想，冇warm up,唔俾玩玩具，(真係唔俾玩架)，睇嚟佢想我哋付出多過佢哋付出，所以可能佢真係幫好多小朋友入名校，但除此之外都唔覺佢有咩好

Sorry, I have applied this school and I think some of the comments are not objective enough.  If you do some research, I think you can still find some info about this school.  If you've heard of Quality Education Fund,  you know they do care about their education quality.  I know they are not that 封閉 because they lead children to know the community by joining the outreach programmes held by different societies.  They also have parent workshop and updates for the child's progress.

I don't want to comment on the school fees because it depends on persoanl value system.

不要氣憤，　現在睇清楚還好過你仔仔入讀後才後悔．

我個仔上年都有int. 而且是那天最早一批int.，　同Sally 1 一樣說法外面落雨也不會提早開門給int.人入去備雨，　入到去課室又細，走廊又tight, 　雖然老師態度好，　但係一個細少課室要容納幾十個小朋友是否太細呢！　就是這理由我放棄了，　朋友們罵我走寶，　因為佢地小朋友考唔到，我覺得拾到寶，　因為我仔仔讀得很好．

好多謝有些媽媽都同意我的講法,我覺得其他人點樣講佢好, 都無用!  因為今次是我親身經歷,正正讓我明白到千萬不要人云亦云,最重要是你自己去分析間學校是好與否.  而我覺得如果間學校的老師唔友善, 我絕對唔會讓我個仔係度讀.

我上年都同囝囝in 過, 我囝囝答哂所有問題, 表現好好...但係結果係waiting list, 最谷氣係我選am class, interview當日, miss再問我會不會考慮pm class, 我已經話左唔會, 佢點解重要放我在pm waiting list, 我覺得好唔尊重人囉!

Mrs Fong,
I believe most Kinders have pm waiting list only because they would reserve the accepted pm children to change to am class if someone in the am class give up.  Therefore, if you are on the waiting list, the chance to take am class is not high.  And they have K2 at pm only.  Therefore,if you like the school, don't mind whether it is am or pm.  Sooner or later, children would manage it.

I also attended the St.Cat's interview yesterday with my daughter.  I think my daughter's performance was OK but my performance was bad.  When the teacher asked " Why do I choose this school?"  I really did not know how to answer this question because I heard everyone said this school is good.  However, nobody told me how good it is.  Then the teacher asked "What is my expectation?"  I told her I had no expectation.  I only wanted to give my daughter a happy school life.

After I read your message, I would seriously consider the question of "Why do I choose this school?"

My son, Gordon has attended their interview this morning at 10:00am. Well, general speaking, their environment is much better than Keen Mind and I guess it is a bit bigger than York and my son has answered all the question. However, the interviewer is a bit rude.  I think as a teacher of a kindergarten, she  should be nice and friendly to the kids but that ah-嬸 don't really looks like a teacher. Anyway, I am not keen to let my son studies in this school, this is just a test for him.

My son has also attended the interview yesterday.  The interviewer was so nice.  She asked him 'what is your name' but my son did not reply.  Then she said 'Let's have a matching game' and tried to make my son more relaxed.  Finally my son could answer all her questions and say 'goodbye' to the teacher happily.

I think not all the teachers are so rude.  They might be too tired of having the interviews these days.
