Place anoffer if accepted, you will have to get an solicitor. when document ready then you will have to pay deposit. On completion date, paid the remaining amount.
But 1 thing you need to consider. when selling, very depends on your luck. As the buyer will not give your deposit until they signed the Legal document. (not like HK, pay a temp deposit when offer accepted) So if after all searches done they can still say "I dont want it now" |
