有無人知道如我們交了註冊費，簽了"接受及確認小一學位"同意書後，是否不能接受其他『直資』的offer?

邊個老師話唔可以??

據我所知, 是可以注冊多過一間直資的, 直資與直資之間是沒有沖突的.如有10間offer你, 你10間注冊西都可以(不過不建議你這樣做), 只是不能再玩大抽獎而已.

Let me put it this way.

1. LHT is a DSS. Once a parent accepts offer from a DSS for the kid, EDB has a governance on it that the kid cannot enrol the POA (Primary One Admission) programme anymore.

2. At the same time, there is no formal governance to prohibit the kid to accept offer from other DSS or private school.

3. Having said the above, individual DSS made it clear in the registration process that they will cancel the seat for the kid if through whatever means they knew the kid has accepted other schools' offer.

The reply you got from the teacher may fall under the above point#3. The reality is LHT cannot stop the kid from taking other school's offer. Yet, the school has the right to cancel the seat offered if they found out the student has registered in other school as well.

Yes, agree with you and most likely, that teacher is referring to the point # 3, since time is not allow us to talk into detail and only very rush that had the answer "cannot". Otherthan the stand point from school, personally thinking - parents should make decision asap and don't be selfish to hold the seats. Need to be considerate, maybe some of the parents are waiting for these.

今天已交了同意書。
那一刻之前其實心情十分忐忑，要放棄自行分配學位那一環已掙扎很久，可是我們只得15分，唯有自行選擇學校。
現在已放下心頭大，終於好睡了。

Which DSS you give up? Hope you will release the seats for other parents! Saw many of parents still are in the waiting list and feel nervous & scare.

In my understanding, zata meant she/he has accepted instead of giving up an offer from a DSS as she mentioned '今天已交了同意書。'

What she/he has given up is '自行分配學位那一環.'

Let me explian why I thought that as the beginning questions she/he was asking "can I accept 2 DSS offers in the same time", so it causes me to think it straight forward.

請問有無家長是基督徒而讓子女入讀此校ar! 我知道此校評價好好，但不是基督教學校，您們點睇?現正煩惱緊!thx!

那就要看你有虔誠,我有些朋友亦真的將宗教放在第一,二位,所以有很多教徒亦鍾情於EC. 說到底, 都是要自己去衡量和選擇.

有呀, 當然我鍾情基督教學校,但若果事實不是這樣,唯有自己努力d在家教佢,這是最重要和最effective的.
