我個女今年8歲. 想比佢學返一樣樂器. 現在考慮緊比佢學長苖或單黃管. 請比d意見. 難唔難學 ? 要學幾耐先可以考級數 ????

My youngest girl learn Flute, she learn flute since 6 years old and now she was 7. She can play songs, but is hard to eastablish the skill.

My eldest son learn Clarinet, he learn since he was 6 and now he was 9. As he loved very much Clarinet, therefore he improve very fast after a year. And this year, he finished his G4 exam.

I think Clarinet is better for boy and flute is better for girl ( base on the out look). You can bring your kid and try both instructment and let her choice by herself.
Is not difficult if your kids love it, but if not, is hard to ask them to pratice.

我在大學讀音樂修piano and violin﹔我小時候都好想學flute (as my second instrument) 不過最後都係同埋哥哥一齊去左學violin﹐然後就再無錢同時間學flute喇。不過我始終覺得女仔吹flute 很美﹔同埋我好主觀覺得clarinet 會容易吹d﹐所以 ming2 你的經驗又令我有點好奇。不過就算我真係想學吹clarinet都好難喇﹐我的perfect pitch一定搞到我人都顛﹐transposing instruments 我似乎都不能碰了。

我都有相同的想法.我女兒是學flute的,我和她都覺得clarinet比flute易吹,我覺得要吹響支flute唔難,但要吹得好就好難.有時我和女兒去上堂,聽到有學生在上clarinet課,我和女兒都會講笑話早知學clarinet啦!感覺像容易控制D,但聽ming2咁講,可能是我的錯覺呢!
