校車公司 (前两天) 已聯絡我們關於明天及正式上課的安排, 建議你促電校車公司。

我都係要自己打去, 冇人打過比我呢。不過好彩今年時間好左, 校車司機又ok, 不過校車公司接聽電話果位小姐就好似冇咩禮貌。好似唔想做咁.....

it's strange, the school bus company called me 2 days ago and left me the telephone no. of the driver and the nanny.
tomorrow should start at 9am, so the bus will arrive school around 8:50am.
the question is do you know where is the pick up point?
it will be mostly likely the time they have told you will you apply the school bus.
ours is exactly one hour after the normal time they told us for tomorrow... (school day is 7:20am at tsing yi, and tomorrow is 8:20am)

呀SUEBEECHENG個CASE仲經典呀! 激到佢尋日打比我呻左成半個鐘呢。

我呢次都係冇耐性等個司機電話自己打去, 否則我都唔知幾時先有人CALL我。

BTW, 把聲係咪似80後90後果個女仔呀? 上次我係學校見到佢地呢班人都唔係咁冇禮貌, 但聽電話果個真係唔掂....

Yes, that helps a lot, thanks!

Maybe I should try
Plan A: go to pickup up point 1hr later than normal pick up time, if there's no sign of the bus will come (I suppose there should hv some camoesians) then we execute plan B : go to school by public transportation!

No, in fact the driver called me last friday, and told me the pick up point and school day pick up time, but he has no idea about the orientation day arrangement and prompt me to ask the office.
And....I forget to save his number....

The operator sounds quite young and v. impatient when I ask her about the arrangement.

差勁的校車服務安排. 未能安排在指定地點下車,下車時間還比以前遲差不多半小時. 接線生聽一半電話就on hold幾分鐘. 昨天想跟進有沒有新安排, 電話不是長響沒人接, 就是打不通, 唉!!!

唔好咁啦...校車排線好多時都會"順得哥情失嫂意"架啦...不過校車統籌聯絡及接聽電話果位小姐, 就真係有好大既改善空間囉...

點知呢間係勁差

果位小姐係校車部員工，勁唔想做就不如咪做啦!! 以我所聽學校寫字樓職員好專業，比人以為果位小姐係同一份子就慘啦

My wife had brought my girl to orientation day yestereday by taking school bus from Kln East. It takes about one hour to be there as the driver lost the direction....horrible....

Then I received the bus company call last night. The nanny resigned and a new (not known yet) will replace her.

How come??? Do the nanny temp. job or just newly employed staff????

the driver lost direction? can't accept! the school bus company did nothing on preparation for their new school bus route!

我個女返學今年等校車要早多半個鐘呀! 我問個司機點解早咁多, 佢仲話同以前差唔多, 我話早半個鐘仲叫差唔多, 跟著佢先話因為今年我地變咗頭站喎~ 我覺得未必係lor~
反而我地舊年條line嘅司機叔叔同嬸嬸, 我同呀女都覺得好好, 今年就不敢想像啦~

好同意你的講法，這間簡直過份。佢哋前幾天竟然打電話來屋企，同呀女講低姓乜幾點上車就當通知咗家長,連電話都唔留低。找不到爸爸，都試揾吓媽媽啦。怎能同個七歲小朋友講咗便算。我先生好激氣，打電話去學校投訴，那位校車部的小姐，態度真係幾惡劣，後來校車EE才打來道歉，她起初唔覺得有乜間題，我先生同她講，小朋友仲細，聽嘢可能聽得一半，講嘢又可能講少一半。不能靠小朋友傳話。要她以后要同家長聯絡。未開學巳對她們冇乜信心。希望他們可改善。

元朗架仲得人驚...無nanny 都無同我地講, 係放學時我地問番,個好似係負責人既小姐"sa 晒num" 咁話唔好意思, 個nanny 岩岩 resign 左, 佢地e+都仲搵緊人員!!
仲要, 重點係 ... 架校車係無安全帶既 !!!
唉...咁樣... 開學仲坐唔坐校車好呀 ! 咩都無, 家長們你地放唔放心 ?
