瑪利曼小學

請問邊間幼稚園大多派去瑪利曼小學?
可否告知多些瑪利曼的資料? i.e.  English or Chinese teaching / > ? secondary school?

好似跑馬地嘅聖馬加利大同宝血, 維多利亞都有。
瑪利曼小學係要抽嘅小學，所以幼稚量園讀邊間無多大影嚮。係英文小學,用英數同GS。小三起要求日常對答全用英文。英文教材讀高半年。功課唔多，整體學生均好happy。

妳話: 瑪利曼小學係要抽嘅小學, 唔係好明, 可否講多些?
GS是什麼? 是以大多派去瑪利曼中學?  聽講係4測2考.

唔好意思咁多問題, 我想了解多些.
瑪利曼小學及聖保祿天主教小學都是我心儀的小學.

唔好意思，我係爸爸，但都出咗唔少力幫我D仔女找學校。絕對明白你嘅心情。
因為瑪利曼小學唔係私校或直資, 所以小一入學要经過政府之派位機制, 能夠入到與否示乎你之居住地區, 分數等等，讀那一間幼稚量園並不影嚮抽簽結果。詳情請考小一派位之議題。
你話嘅聖保祿天主教小學係唔係跑馬地嗰間？如果係，情況同瑪利曼小學相同。但如果係銅鑼灣嗰間，因係私校，所以不受派位限制, 係要自己報名考入去嘅。

瑪利曼小學是天主教小學。早在二十多年前己開始教Phonics, 所以英文水準很高。小學師資很好。體育如游泳隊己很有進步。校舍暫搬到北角雲景道，大約2006年才搬回大杭道。工課不多，不排名次，亦不會只吹捧得獎或有錢學生。
中學學術水準不萛很高，因學校不吹谷。中學會考好少10A因為學校不為學生報考10科，也因為有些很難拿A的學科如英國文學和中國歷史也是必修科，連理科學生在內。學生普遍很開心，有自信。

I'm sorry I don't know.  But if they are band 2, I would not be surprised, cos besides English, their academic is not top-tier.  
But surprisingly, their swimming team results this year is excellent, because they ask a swimming club to help train their team.
But for me, I think confidence is very important.  In my impression, MPS/MSS students are very confident, and they are not submissive and outspoken.

The blue and yellow uniforms do not identify anything, you can wear anyone anyday upon your own decision.  Much of the spirit of freedom and independence come from this unique uniform because it's not like other uniforms.  It's very easy to wear.  You can wear the uniform within 5 seconds cos there is only 1 zipper in the front.  Also, it works for slim body type and fat body type.  For primary school, the collar is round.  For secondary school, the collar is triangular.
