Kingston is a good choice with equal emphasis in Eng and Mandarin...... you may apply for K1. But I've heard the school fee is rather expensive ..... ... you can call the school for a visit for better preliminary understanding first.
I mean you may just use English for interview, say. But the kid will learn Mandarin at class in Kingston.
Its students have good standard of Eng but will also learn Chinese / Mandarin (no Cantonese) .... that should be better than "pure" international school like ESF.
