Agree with Charlotte_mom too. However, if you eventually consider TL to be the one that you will attend the interview, then may be can try contact St. Clare's and see if can re-arrange the interview time. Nothing to lose if you couldn't make the interview anyway. The TL interview will take some time so better reserve around 45mins at least.
Just to add on top of Charlotte_mom's comments, personally I also think Chinese is a more complex language over English. However, I know this may not be the direction for all parents so the line between these two kindergartens will be TL's primary school is Chinese teaching while St. Clare's will be using English, where some parents would prefer this. I think this is totally a personal so hopefully this help you too.

無測無考都教到中文好叻(中文好難學的!), 活動教學, 校園較大又有戶外空間, 老師有愛心又資歷夠學校行政穩陣, 唯一缺點係英文麻麻要自己出去學(出去學英文易搵過出去學中文)
