Dear all,

My daughter Joyce also said that nobody cried yesterday......but her face showed me she was serious

Then I asked her what did u do in school this morning......she said Miss Chan told a story about lion's birthday party and played something

I don't know what she said......haha......anyway, she loves school and teacher also.

You said that girl "Ngai Wing Yan, Joyce" is exactly my daughter's name and you recall my memory that I've heard my daughter mentioned yr girl's Chinese name......and I also found that Cassidy and Joyce sit together and always plays together ......but they also have arguments always coz my daughter complained to me.

Joyce just complained some tiny things......something like Cassidy'd pushed her......I think Cassidy wants to get more space to play her own toys coz they sit together

and have arguments easily.......but my girl likes to play w her.

I agree that Calix is really really smart

......coz he can memorize the whole names of kids......but my girl still could not read all 26 alphabet letters

Hi all mom,

Yes, Joyce didn't go to school this morning. She got cold

Joyce likes to play w Cassidy......she always calls her Leung Yan Kiu "QQ" or "姐姐" ......but she complained Cassidy had pushed and kicked her many times. Then, I asked her whether she told the teacher Miss Chan or not. She said Miss Chan had told her don't do that next time.
When I asked her about taking attendance, she said Miss Chan would ask her Chinese name...... then she would go out, putting her toys back to the original place.
When I sang the Chinese rhyme"月亮光，月亮圓，好像燈籠掛在天空上", she was so excited and she sang the above song many times w body motion.

When I asked her whether she could blow the bubbles or not, she said no......the kids could not blow the bubbles, only the teachers could do that...... then I asked her what she was doing at that time, she said she would chase the bubbles.

Dear all,

My daughter Joyce has joined painting and swimming class. I want to let her join one more extra-curricular activities......just thinking

This morning my daughter still had not yet recovered from holiday sick (typhoon sick actually),she was not willing to go to school

......but when she was getting off from the school bus after school, she was very excited and showed me her small stamp given by Ms Chan. She said only good kids can get one. I don't know it is true or not. After that, she said the kids couldn't go out playing and just stayed at the music room for singing w piano cos it was raining this morning. Then I asked her what did she sing? But she said "I don't know"

What's more......she told me she'd learnt B for banana and B for boat.

Dear all,

Joyce is fine, but still have a little bit cough. Ms Chan didn't phone me to pick up her on last Friday.

When Joyce was back home from school this morning, she told me the kids went to slide in the playground and she also said the slide is like a castle.

Then I asked her what did u do then. She sang a song......Good Bye Good Bye to my dear Ms. Chan

Joyce also told me Ms Chan had asked them to bring one of their baby photos to school.  When I asked her which group she belongs to, then she told me she belongs to watermelon group, just same as Cassidy, "Lok Lok"
She has sung some songs to me lately.
1.  Three balls
   a little ball, a bigger ball, a great big ball
   I see
   now let us count the balls 1,2,3......
2.  Chinese national anthem
3.  Good morning song
   good morning good morning to my
   dear teachers (w body motion
   of bowing)
4.  something like......animals song (pig or
   chicken)

   again (w body motion of knocking to the
   door)

don't know what she
has sung exactly.

Dear all,

When Joyce was back home from school, she showed me a new textbook given by Ms. Chan. she was very excited and urged to finish the homework by herself (textbook P. 8, 10) and then she told me Ms. Chan had asked her when is her birthday......but she forgot it and will tell Ms. Chan later.
Joyce also told me she learned C for car, C for cake and C for cow from school. Moreover, she told me she drew a happy face in school and will let me see later.

Dear all

Joyce was very happy cos she also got a "Snow White" sticker from teacher. She told me she had answered teacher's question. Something like Chinese words.
My time slot on Parent's Day is 25 Oct, 10:45 am.

Hi Cassidy mom,

I agree w u that my daughter Joyce should get on the schoolbus eariler than Cassidy. Joyce carries short hair w a red hair clip on her forehead. U can check it w this clue.

When Joyce got home this afternoon, she showed me the new book. After that, she told me have to finish the homework. (P. 3 and P.16 of textbook) don't know is true or not.

Then, she told me she'd learnt D for dish.

To Calix's mom,
I had an experience, want to share w u.
One day I forgot to bring along w pick-up card when I picked up Joyce from schoolbus. The teacher in schoolbus was very nice and asked me I am her mom or not. I said yes and then she gave me a notebook for dropping down the name, signature etc. The teacher then let Joyce get off from the schoolbus afterwards.
