阿女18個月大，但淨係識講幾個字。
好似係爸，白，姐，車，執，唔，呀，um，得，嘩，……
媽都講過，但就唔係成日肯講。
我問佢的野佢識點頭/另頭。仲成日手指指要呢樣，要果樣。
我地放工返到來就成日都同阿女講野。
但我好擔心如果阿女都仲係唔肯講野，會對佢成長有好大影響。

好擔心，有無D幼兒課程可以比佢上呢？？

It's easy to worry.  My son was like that and he made me worry too.  Based on what you described, it wasn't too bad.

Join more playgroup and play more with other kids will be helpful.  Talk more to her is good too, but my ST reminds me that parents should also leave time for baby to voice out first.

The more pressure you give to a baby, the less he or she will like to talk. Initiate a talk is an important development for your baby, as important as how many words he can say.

When my son was 18 months and not talking, my doctor asked me to watch for 3 important signs.  If he pass all 3, then I should not worry and wait until 21 mons to see how things improve.

- Did baby avoid eye contact (autism problem)
- Can baby produce a variety of sounds (muscle problem)
- Can baby understand you (hearing problem)

Some kids are slow talker, but it doesn't mean they are less smart.

我個仔又係18個月, 好少講野, 仲要係我地引導佢至講僅有o既單字, 結果月初去健康院打針時, 姑娘要佢2歲再返去跟進.

遲講說話的孩子

我個仔18個月大都未識講野, 只會發冇意思的聲音,間中會講媽媽,奶奶單字, 去健康院見姑娘,都係要佢2歲再返去跟進.
或許"遲講說話的孩子"這是一個幾常見情況,醫生見議如再多兩個月都未會講單字,可到語言中心做檢查.

我覺得Birdsuper所提到的3 important signs好有參考價值
- Did baby avoid eye contact (autism problem)
- Can baby produce a variety of sounds (muscle problem)
- Can baby understand you (hearing problem)

一樣呀

我兒而家都20果月到啦！10月尾就2歲
而家lee幾日先開始識叫！叫佢講媽！佢就會媽…媽…媽…媽咁！其他唔識講！佢其實咩都識！問佢眼、頭髮呀、肚臍呀、手腳都識指你睇！只在唔識講！上次去健康院姑娘都話2歲番黎睇過！我地同佢都成日講野！佢係都唔講！不過聽過有d人話佢有發音就ok啦！有d小朋友2歲幾先慢慢講！
