I have received an application form for PM session from the kindergarten.
At the back of the form, it wrote "Application forms for the academic year 2005-2006 for both AM and PM Sessions are to be returned on Sunday, 6th November, 2004 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m." So you do not have to submit the form in a hurry.
Or, if you plan to obtain and submit the application in one-go, don't forget to bring along the following documents:
1) 2 photos;
2) the original and a copy of birth certificate; and
3) 4 self-addressed stamped envelopes.
