You should wait till your child is at least 6 years old and when he completes P.1 upper term. Then you can go for formal assessment. Many NGOs offer these tests and you can call them to check their prices. As long as the tests are done by registered EP or CP, the reports are ok. Hope it helps.

I know one centre quite good... just took my daughter there... she is under treatment there, the therapist is very good. if you need the details, i can email  you.
