50/50 and depending on individual classes' ability
that means it's varied, but can students speak fluently in putonghua? are the teachers having high quality? it various from different classes and different individual. But as a whole, they can speak fluent putonghua.

3 terms exams....and of coz daily homeworks around 3-5...usually can be finished in 1-1.5 hours, they get tutorial lesson in school as well
