Anyone who choose the school outside its district and failed and later get the first choice in 3rd round

3rd round means 扣门 i.e. after the results for the 2nd round is announced. For this year, the result for the 2nd round was announced on 5 June 2004.

I mean second round is 甲部跨網, 3rd round is central allotment. I just want to know those parents choose one not in their district failed can they get the first choice in section B.

I chose three schools not in my district in Section A and was allocated to a school (first choice) in Section B. Many parents have the same experience as seats for cross district is quite limited. Those who have succeeded are either lucky or have chosen a not-so-famous school in Section A.
