我想買一隻英文歌CD或VCD比小朋友聽,要有Twinke twinke Litte Star, Row row your Boat, morning song, 10 little indian 這頪比較流行的歌. 請問有無好介紹呢?市面有d一套5隻,我覺得太貴了,同埋都唔係所有歌我都識的,咁點同我仔仔一齊唱.

Hi HeiB,

Have you heard about the english song CD from Twins? you can find "twinkle twinkle little star", "row row row your boat" and " "the morning song" in "SINGING IN THE TWINS WONDERLAND 2"!!. Unfortunately if you want the song of "10 little indian", that is only available in "SINGING IN THE TWINS WONDERLAND 1". I am not sure if you want to buy both or just one.
It cost about HKD 50-60/pcs. There are VCD and DVD available too! I bought VCD but forgot how much I paid for that. My daughter love these VCD so much.

Thank you for your information. Some mummies said the Twins cannot prounounce the English very well. I am not sure as I only heard one or two songs only. It is OK?

hi heiB,

I am not expert, I am not sure if there is any something wrong in the prounounation or accent. But if you are only target for a few songs and I think it is worth to buy it as it is cheap. I got version one and two, both my daughter enjoy so much.
There only concern me now is there are not enough songs for my daughter, so I am now planning to buy some more other english song CD for her.

I have one set of 4DVD ' Sing and Learn' produced by Worldstar that has all the songs you want. The quality is OK. It costs $150 in promotion. The promotion was regularly hold in MTR of Tsing Yi and Olympic station in past few months. I also found it in CD shop that cost ~40-50 per DVD. You can take a look on it.

I brought 2 Disney's CDs "Children's favorite songs" and it costs more than $100 each. The quality is really good. It has a set of 4. I did not like Twice's because of their English. I thought it would be better to let baby hear the proper English because they tend to pick up the accent of whatever you play it to them. Then I realized you can borrow these kind of nursery and rhyme CDs from library including the Disney's that I brought from HMV. Now I have so many and it is more than what I needed. Different library has different nursery and rhyme CDs. I think this is the most cost effective way. I even borrow the classics as a lullaby for her as people said classic is good for baby such as Mozart's.
