Honestly I agree hellomickey's advise, it is only a sharing topic for new mother, but for hongchung's wording seems so rough and impolite, Hong Kong is a free talk city, if you don't agree, you can share your advise, no need in using that kind of rough manner.
"BEST" is hard to define. The kinder u mentioned are all good and have strength in different aspects. Some have good tradition and prospect; some have good training method in languistic development; some adopt new teaching method...
how can we vote for that???
