Dear all,

My son went to the optician today to check his eye sight. I was shocked to hear that his near sight increased to 500. He is only 8.
I know Magic Eye helps to improve eyesight by doing the exercise they recommend, may I know what are the exercises? How to do them at home. I have bought the book 'Improve your eyesight naturally', but it is printed in English. I am afraid it takes me a long time to digest. Please help.
