whole day vs half day
Mandarin vs Cantonese (Chinese Language Class)
Less test&exams vs more
students comparatively quiet vs talkative
Smart girls or those who can handle exams well can choose SP (4 tests + 2 exams)
If it is not for the Mandarin part, I would pick SP. But SF will start using Mandarin as medium of instruction for Chin class this year. Taking this into consideration, I would pick SF.
