請問有冇德望家長?

小女將於coming 九月入讀該校，想問下學校多唔多功課、課程會否很深、是傳統教育學還是活動、多唔多課外活動呢、有什麼可幫小朋友準備呢? 因小女比較慢熱，我想早d準備，等佢可早D ready。另外，該校是band幾呢? 是否大多數都可直升上其中學呢?

我有三個女讀僅!

功課? 唔太多! 1.5 小時一定做晒!

傳統教學.. 但比起好多天主教學校, 佢都好活架!
多活動.

准備? 學下抄黑板寫手冊,學下自理自己D財物. 唔好唔見...

BAND　ＯＮＥ　，　英文程度高，　常識科係英文，　好多生字，　早早會學識！

中學有兩成會入唔返．．（成績唔好）

As I know, it is rather expensive to study there, any additional expense beside the school fee? also, do the students there need to study french? Do the students there come from very rich family and they learn a lot of extra activities?

It is not really expensive if you compare with quite a few new schools.  The school fee is not cheap, that's what I can say//

Not much additional expenses.. less than 1000 a year.

French is not complusory in either  primary section or secondary section.  French is mainly for the girls' who are  expat . These girls will not require to take up Chinese lesson.

I can say, I am not rich. Most of the parents are civil servants and merchants running medium size business...

Learn a lot or extra activities- this point will totally depends on the parents' decision.

小學會借用中學的校舍! 唔駛去tko 或kln bay 借d舊恔舍!

比d心機, 呢間學校比好多機會小朋友發揮..唔一定叻先比佢出去比賽架!

Msma,
How much school fee per month in Primary? My relatvies daughter was studied in GH fm Secondary. She told me that she only had to pay the fee when she was F4 & 5. F1-3 was free. (9yrs free education) Is it changed?

Do you the girls there are happy and are they smart? Are all the books in Eng? (except chinese)

Will you advice to study there when compare with other primary schools (not the top one)

小學 UNDER＄　３２００．　中學　Ｆ１　３５００

上兩年改為直資，　所以上兩年起係中一都要收學費，上左中學已係受左九年免費的，　不包在內！

我Ｄ女好普通．．　唔係可叫ＳＭＡＲＴ．

佢地好ＨＡＰＰＹ，　連插班都死唔肯去考！

德望同Ｄ其他學校比（ＥＶＥＮ　Ｄ超級名校）一Ｄ都唔輸蝕窩，拍得住有凸，　好多超級名校係多超級好媽幫忙Ｄ小朋友先叻乍，　學校學習氣氛好，　先生都係好，　但Ｄ呀媽先係至重要的武器來架！

課本？ＲＥＡＤＥＲ　多Ｄ．　英文常識．．　有英文數．．

ＫＩＮＤＥＲ，　我Ｄ女讀普通ＫＩＮＤＥＲ架乍! 德望我知有根德, 國際.聖羅撒.....學生嘮...

So glad to see this topic because me and my husband are also deciding if we should send our daughter to Good Hope.....

I studied at Good Hope from Kindy to Form 5. When I was there as student, I didn't think it was tough but I was told (after I have been a parent) that Good Hope's curriculum is pretty tough nowadays(they do books etc one level higher), is it true?

I am living in Sai Kung and do not want to send my girl to the famous kindy in Kln Tong, do u think the chance to get in to P1 is slim if my girl only studies in average kindy?

If my girl studies at ESF kindy i.e. not that much training on chinese, writing...etc, is it very tough for her to pick up at P1?

sorry for so mny questions....anyone can help?

Yes because
1) Your kid will not be old enough to go to P1 if she goes to two-year ESF kinder
2) The "acedamic" level provided by the kinder would not be good enough for the local elite schools.
