I shall suggest you to ask for a trial lesson before you enroll in any playgroup. Even though some parents may say it is good, the teacher of your group maybe different, or your baby may not like it, or you may not agree with other parents' opinion.
I had been to a playgroup, I thought it was very dangerous for my child to be there, but some parents were satisfied with the English environment. So my conclusion is this: try it out first before you pay for a term, if it doesn't allow a trial class, choose another one, or make a gamble on it.
