Last time i asked the interviewer, she said the interview is to assess whether the kid is 'suitable'. Only very few will not be accepted, don't worry.

Yes, i think it is fine, my kid learns their hand signal and like the songs. As i do not go into the classroom, not sure how exactly they work.
