As christf said in the other thread, it's true that they have finished the interviews for 2008/2009 already.
But if you're really keen for this school, you don't have time to ponder. You should just apply for it asap. Do call the school and ask Mrs. Jones, the admission officer of English kinder and primary section. She's very nice and down-to-earth and will tell you what to do to apply and what's on at their side right now.
Of course, the lower the grade is, the higher the chance will naturally be to get a place. Also, their cutoff is from Sept.1st till the end of Aug. In order to be sure of which year group you should apply for, I suggest you'd give them a call for yourself.
