To be honest, I would just rank two of your choices:
1) Victoria: for the language environment and IB curriculum
2) Alliance: for the whole person education and the primary school

Victoria is excellent.
- runs IB (similar to international school)
- with primary + secondary (one dragon)
- good primary allocation result
- real bilingual school
