Dear Victoria,

Thank you very much for your sharing here and in another topic I wrote "Recommendation for good secondary school in Austrialia".

My husband and my son went to 學津海外升學中心 last week but they couldn't meet 羅小姐 because she was absent that day.

I'll check the schools you mentioned and see if they are suitable for my son. As I mentioned in "Recommendation for good secondary school in Austrialia", I really have to collect more information before I make my decision.

By the way, how can I know the standard of a school and if the students in the schools are good or not?

Please try IDP in Wanchai, so profession and helpful. I can e back from Melbourne with my master degree, they are reliable.

我都係IDP幫我攪... 10分ok喎. 我仲要係自己攪掂, 父母冇幫過手..
homestay 到ESL 班, 考IELTS, 到我去Melbourne 讀 La Trobe University, 都係IDP幫我..
我由頭到尾喺IDP office都係講廣東話.., 我諗,當年(未去melbourne之前)我英文唔會好你好多..

羅小姐是星期3&6休息, 但我記得她星期天也在office, 我有時都是星期天去找她. 我之前去過好几間升學中心, 因為小朋友讀書不是小事, 我反而覺idp态度很叉 (可能我當時什麼都不懂, 或者我長氣啦). 又聽講idp的跟進服務很叉, 我英文又吾太好, 我真的怕以後我什麼事無人理. 反正我女兒(在英國)及兒子(澳洲)都是羅小姐幫我做, 有耐心, 又不厭其煩為我們跟進. 所以我便選了

AEC & IDP are good.

I lived in Melb for 20 years.  Wesley is not a good school, only average, some students like ...

The top schools in Melb are single sex schools (of course, not every single sex schools are good), like HK, DGS, DBS & St. Paul's etc. single sex schools.

The top boys' school is Melbourne Boys' Grammar, for sure. Others like Scotch College, Camberwell Boys' Grammar are also good.  A lot of doctors are from these schools.
