what is the main difference between painting and drawing courses ? and how about the course fee?

C&G artpartment is ok.
they have painting and drawing classes and the teachers give very good care of each student's development.
My understanding is that painting involves water-based or oil-based medium, but drawing usually involves only dry medium. Also drawing emphasizes on the expression of LINES while painting emphasizes more the colors.
