Phonics class is easy or difficult to learn?

I saw ATV 4pm, they have phonics program 1mins.
is good!

and i found out that they have course to learn for it!
called Hooked on Phonics

When baby can start to learn phonics

My baby just olny 2 years old, i think is too early to start learn about phonics, when is the suitable time to start?

Phonics can learn at anytime

if your child can speak some words, this mean he/she can start to learn for it!!
i think that choose one in systematic instruction is more
important.
so, i will suggest hooked on phonics to you.
they start will letter name then letter sounds. and also,
they provide free assessment as well.
