please excuse my stupid question, i don't know how to fill the form specially the option of each round
1. first round-25 pts to st mary's (old girl, catholic & right age), is that i just fill the only option school in first round?
2. second round-we live in 34 net and interest in heep
yan, is that fill the first option for st mary's and the
second option for heep yan???
or any idea or comment???

If you have 25 pts for St MAry, Congragulation!!! as 25 pts should normally can go in 1st round for St MAry.

No need to think about 2nd round except that you prefer Heep Yunn much more than St MAry

Once 1st round OK no more 2nd round
