You can try Po Leung Kuk Camoes Tan Siu Lin Primary School. They also have the fee remission scheme. The amount granted depends on the household income.
For DBSPD, they post the whole scheme on thier website, http://www.dbs.edu.hk/dbspd/index.php?section=remission. You may check it out.
Most of the DSS have their own subsidy scheme, you may check the website for details.
If my memory is right, one of the famous DSS in HK island offer subsidy to the student whose family's annual income is less than HK$700,000.- (without countiing the family's total asset)
